Chassis:

  • Stable welded steel frame construction with front frame offset and even loading floor and rear chamfer approx. 420 mm x 80 mm.
  • Rear chamfer and on the outer frame on both sides climbing rails 30x30 mm (of high strength steel) width approx. 300 mm.
  • Corners at the front are not chamfered.
  • Fifth wheel plate with replaceable 3,5"-king pin.
  • Loading floor with extendable central frame, telescopic length approx. 3.500 mm, pneumatic locking every 500 mm.
  • Step before and after the parting of the frame.
  • Excavator recess in the rear, floor length approx. 3.600 mm plus slant (approx. 45°) upwards = upper length approx. 4.090 mm.
  • Middle bridge mounted moveably, length approx. 300 mm, with extendable side-extensions and 1 pair of heavy load lashing rings 8 tons (without stanchion pockets because of the steps) - with step.

Landing legs:

Steering:

  • All 5 axles with hydraulic forced steering through fifth wheel.
  • Electro-hydraulical remote steering through electro-hydraulical aggregate with wireless remote control. Power supply through truck.
  • Venting for the steering with Minimess-connections.
  • Without charging lint to the truck.

Central lubrication system:

  • Central lubrication system for all lubrication points at the steering, the axles and the suspension.

Hydraulic system:

  • Electro-hydraulic aggregate with power supply through NATO-socket from the truck (without installation in the truck and without NATO-connecting cable).

Braking system:

  • Two-line brake with EBS.
  • EBS-braking system (WABCO 4S2M).

Ramps:

  • Two-piece ramps (special version) with mechanical streching, length approx. 2.410 mm plus 2.300 mm, with hydraulical ramp actuators.
  • Width approx. 830+100 mm. Lateral movable hydraulically.
  • Climbing rails 30x30 mm, width approx. 300 mm on the outside of the ramps.
  • With one piece special rubber covering (25 mm) on each part of the ramps.
  • Secured with tensioning straps in direction of travel.

Drop-sides on the gooseneck:

  • bulkhead = toolbox (steel sheet) on the gooseneck over the whole width with one piece side panels. One-piece drop-sides (height approx. 400 mm, foldable) on the gooseneck, length approx. 1.500 mm and pluggable rear drop-side and pluggable rear corner posts. Additional pluggable drop-side behind the tool box.

Spare wheel holder:

  • 2 spare wheel holder, pluggable on the gooseneck (one on both sides, pluggable in longitudinal direction).

Painting:

  • Steel granule cleaning, zinc spraying (telescopic beam included) and primer.
  • Acryl painting: chassis in MB 7350 nova grey.
  • Hubs in silver.
  • Outer frame in MB 7350 nova grey.

    • 3 pairs of lashing rings (4 tons tensile force).
    • 1 pair of heavy load lashing rings (13,4 tons tensile force) at the rear of the gooseneck.
    • 2 pairs of excerpts (8 tons tensile force).
  • Lashing rings in the loading floor:
    • 1 pair of heavy load lashing rings (13,4 tons tensile force) in the middle bridge.
    • 7 pairs of heavy load lashing rings (13,4 tons tensile force) in the outer frame.
    • 7 pairs of heavy load lashing rings (8 tons tensile force) pendent under the outer frame.
    • 2 pairs of lashing rings (13,4 tons tensile force) in the excavator recess.
